Fish and tomato gravy

Fish and tomato gravy is another firm favourite in Ghanaian cuisine, a perfect match for rice, yam, etc. 

Ingredients: Hake fish, olive oil, refined sunflower
oil, plum tomatoes, tomato puree, onions, scotch bonnet pepper,  herbs & spices and salt.

Please note fish contain bones.
